Design a pressure vessel in minutes, not weeks.

The complete clause set, run in one pass — every formula shown, every value substituted, every result cited to its Code paragraph.

Watch it run.

Looping screen recordings, played at 2× speed — the full workflow from datasheet to report, and a single iteration on a 3D model.

Full run

Spec sheet to calc package.

The end-to-end workflow: set up the vessel, run the clause set, and arrive at the report — start to finish.

3D model

One iteration on a 3D model.

A closer look at a single design iteration run against a full 3D vessel model.

Design your vessel with the PV SuperAgent.

Open a sample vessel spec to read it, then drag it into the platform and hit Run. Three real-world geometries — propane accumulator, steam drum, amine contactor — ready to go.

Change everything with a sentence.

Interact with your vessel and make engineering changes in natural language. Ask the PV Copilot to bump a pressure, move a nozzle, or swap a material — it re-runs every dependent check and re-paginates the report.

Design it yourself, or hand it to an expert.

“Your inspector doesn’t review your software. They review your report — so we make the report the product, however it’s built.”

Self-serve

Design it yourself with the PV Copilot.

Drive the whole vessel from the browser — datasheet to clause-cited package. Ask in plain language, revise in seconds, and export a self-contained PDF that drops straight into your job file. No license server, no dongle, no IT ticket.

Done for you

Or hand it off and get an end-to-end service.

Send us the spec and our pressure-vessel engineers deliver the complete, stamped-ready calculation package — modelled, checked, and reviewed on the same platform. You get the deliverable; we carry the work. Expert in the loop, start to finish.

The rest of the stack is on the way.

The checks that today live across separate desktop tools — converging into one platform, on the same vessel model.

Demonstrated, not asserted.

ASME requires that computer calculations be demonstrated capable of producing acceptable results. Our benchmark suite runs the worked examples from ASME PTB-4 — the methodology and results are public.

Answers from people who've stamped vessels.

Support is handled by pressure vessel engineers — code questions, weird geometry, edge cases. No chatbots, no ticket escalation chains. Responses within 24 hours.

Asked by engineers.

01Which codes does DeepMechanix support?

ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 1, plus the Division 2 §5.5.2 fatigue screening check. EN 13445 and CRN support are under evaluation — tell us what your jobs need.

02Where do my designs live? Does it work offline?

Designs live in your workspace, and every report exports as a complete, self-contained PDF for your job file — your dossier never depends on us. There is no license server, no dongle, and no checkout ritual.

03How do I know the calculations are right?

Three ways: the report shows every formula with substituted values so your checker can verify each line; our benchmark methodology against the ASME PTB-4 worked examples is public on the validation page; and the complete sample report is downloadable with no email gate.

04What's in the report?

A design data sheet, per-component calculations with Code paragraph citations in the margin, a MAWP/MDMT summary, hydrotest pressures per UG-99, and the nozzle schedule. Download the sample report to see every page.

05Can I just hand the work off?

Yes. Send us the spec and our engineers deliver the complete calculation package, modelled and checked on the platform — expert in the loop, start to finish.

06Will this satisfy my QC manual and my Authorized Inspector?

Reports cite the governing Code paragraph next to every result — the format Inspectors review fastest. The validation page includes a paragraph fabricators can adapt for the design-methods section of their ASME quality control manual.
